Are you an organized and service-oriented person who thrives juggling multiple tasks? We are now looking for a scheduler for an established auto repair shop in Uppsala. About the Position As a scheduler, you play a central role in daily operations. You are responsible for planning and coordinating the shop's work, booking vehicles, assigning jobs to technicians, and ensuring work flows efficiently. You will have significant contact with customers, mechanics, suppliers, and other business partners. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating structure, solving problems, and providing customers with professional service. Key Responsibilities Plan and assign workshop jobs Schedule customers and vehicles Coordinate work between customer reception and the shop Monitor ongoing work and delivery timelines Maintain ongoing communication with customers and workshop staff Handle urgent changes and find practical solutions Ensure work is planned efficiently and adheres to agreed timelines We are Looking for You If You Have experience from an auto repair shop, customer service, or similar operations Are organized and able to handle stress Are skilled at planning, prioritizing, and communicating Have a natural service mindset Thrive in a fast-paced environment with varying workdays Are solution-oriented and take responsibility Have good computer skills Have a valid driver's license (category B) Experience as a scheduler, workshop planner, or customer service representative is a plus. Application and Start Date This is a full-time position, starting as soon as possible. Working hours are daytime, Monday-Friday, with shifts varying between 7-16 and 9-18.
