Operations include technical service, maintenance, and optimization of wind power installations, where safety, quality, and efficiency are in focus.
Your Responsibilities
Do you want to combine your wind power experience with planning, coordination, and optimization? We are now looking for a Service Operations Planner for an assignment where you will have an important role in planning and coordinating service and maintenance activities for wind turbines.
In the role, you will work closely with Site Operations Managers, technicians, and other internal and external partners. You are responsible for creating structure in daily and long-term maintenance work and ensuring that the right resources are in the right place at the right time.
You will, among other things:
Plan and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance.
Manage resource, capacity, and workload planning.
Coordinate technicians, external resources, and equipment.
Follow up Work Orders, Service Orders, and maintenance issues in, for example, SAP.
Manage weekly and monthly planning together with relevant functions.
Monitor activities, KPIs, and goal achievement.
Contribute to continuous improvement and more efficient resource utilization.
Your Profile
We are looking for someone with a background in wind power and technical maintenance who wants to take the next step toward a more planning and coordinating role.
You have:
At least 2 years of practical experience as a wind power technician, senior technician, or Site Lead.
Solid technical understanding of wind turbines, components, and maintenance processes.
Experience with preventive and corrective maintenance.
Experience in planning and coordinating technical activities.
Familiarity with SAP, CMMS, ERP, or similar systems.
Experience with resource and capacity planning.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and digital planning tools.
Very good English skills, both spoken and written.
As a person, you are organized, thorough, and solution-oriented. You enjoy having many points of contact and find it easy to create structure even when conditions change. You are analytical and enjoy identifying opportunities to streamline work methods and improve planning processes.
