As a Maintenance Planner, you have an important role in the Concentration Plant's operations where you plan, coordinate, and follow up on maintenance shutdowns. Does that sound interesting? Apply now! Your Role In this role, you plan initiatives to maintain safe and efficient operations at the Concentration Plant in Boliden. You are responsible for planning and organizing the maintenance work to be carried out by ensuring that the correct technical documentation, spare parts, and materials are available for each assignment. You act as a client to both internal and external resources, and in collaboration with supervisors, mechanics, and production, you develop schedules for when work should be performed. An important part of the assignment is also to work with developing and improving work methods related to planning and preventive maintenance. Your Team You are part of the maintenance section at the Concentration Plant. The team currently consists of a maintenance engineer, a planner/coordinator, and three supervisors within mechanics, warehouse, and preventive maintenance. In your role as Maintenance Planner, you collaborate with your closest colleagues, production, as well as with external suppliers and consultants. Your Responsibilities Create annual plans for maintenance shutdowns Plan and coordinate maintenance shutdowns Monitor the inbox for work orders Ensure availability of spare parts Follow up on costs and results Collaborate and coordinate with internal and external parties Your Contribution To thrive and succeed in the role, you are structured, communicative, and collaborate easily. We are looking for someone who has the ability to create an overall picture, someone who has the courage to prioritize even during intensive periods, and who takes responsibility for keeping the planning together and creating good conditions for operations. Since the role has many contact points, you need to be confident in coordinating people and activities. You also have a technical interest, a solution-oriented working approach, and a willingness to contribute to development and continuous improvements. We are looking for someone who has: High school education with a focus on technology/industry or equivalent work experience. Previous experience from process or manufacturing industry. Fluency in both Swedish and English, spoken and written. Good computer skills. Class B driver's license.
