Jelgava State City Municipality Preschool Education Institution "Zīļuks" is hiring a preschool education teacher Job Responsibilities: Organize the educational process by implementing preschool education guidelines; Plan and conduct play-based learning activities, provide support to learners according to their abilities and needs; Create a developmental learning environment and methodological materials; Collaborate with learners' parents, group and institution staff and other responsibilities according to the job description; Be responsible for learners' safety and health, ensuring learner protection. Requirements for Candidates: Education in accordance with Cabinet of Ministers Regulation No. 569 "Regulations on Education and Professional Qualifications Required for Teachers and the Procedure for Improving Teachers' Professional Competence" (can be a student); State language proficiency at the highest level; Ability to plan, organize and perform work with quality; Sense of responsibility, discipline, accuracy, ability to justify decisions made or actions taken; Ability to communicate respectfully with learners and adults; Ability to use the latest teaching methods in your work; Positive attitude toward "green" lifestyle and ecological thinking.
