Olaines pirmsskolas izglītības iestāde "Čiekuriņš" (Registration No. 40900040335) is inviting applications for a preschool education teacher position (profession code 2342 01) Position Information: The employment contract will be concluded for a fixed term. Work load/rate – 1, which is 40 hours per week. Salary – 1710 EUR for full-time employment. Profession code - 2342 01. Main Job Duties: Implement the preschool education program, ensuring a high-quality pedagogical process that takes into account each child's age, health status, development, and individuality, preparing learners for successful completion of primary education. Plan and implement pedagogical work in accordance with the preschool education program implemented at the institution, the institution's regulations, and the main annual objectives. Ensure the adaptation of learners in the educational institution and collaborate with parents of learners at the institution. Improve the institution's developmental environment and methodological resources necessary for performing work duties. Regularly advance your education and professional qualifications. Other job duties as outlined in the job description and the director's orders. Participate in organizing and developing events and concerts. Requirements for Candidates: Education in accordance with Cabinet Regulation requirements; Excellent Latvian language skills - Level C; Ability to plan, organize, and perform work with high quality; Sense of responsibility, discipline, accuracy, and ability to justify decisions made or actions taken; Ability to analyze and resolve conflict situations while maintaining confidentiality and tolerance; Ability to communicate respectfully with children and adults; Ability to use the latest teaching methods in your work; Computer skills (MS Word, PowerPoint, and internet browsers) and ability to work with interactive tools. Experience working with children in a preschool education institution will be considered a priority; High sense of responsibility.
