A MUNICIPALITY IN A REGION WITH RAPIDLY GROWING EXPORT CAPACITY AND OPPORTUNITIES TO IMPLEMENT AMBITIOUS IDEAS IN A DEVELOPMENT-ORIENTED SELF-GOVERNMENT Jaunsilavas Primary School invites applications for Preschool Education Teacher Starting October 11, 2026 Key Responsibilities: • Implement educational programs in accordance with the State Education Standard effective September 1, 2023; • Ability to work with office equipment and information technology; • Ensure the safety of students and compliance with school internal regulations; • Adhere to work procedures and ethical standards; • Ability to work in a team. Requirements for Applicants: • Education and further education in accordance with Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 569 of September 11, 2018 "Regulations on the Education and Professional Qualifications Required for Pedagogues and the Procedure for Improving Professional Competence of Pedagogues"; • State language proficiency at the highest level; • Ability to plan, organize, and perform work with high quality; • Sense of responsibility, discipline, and accuracy; • Ability to analyze and resolve conflict situations, maintain confidentiality and tolerance. We Offer: • Work load – 40 contact hours per week; • Employment contract for a fixed term (for the duration of a leave of absence); • Monthly salary according to Cabinet of Ministers regulations; • Work location: Jaunsilavas iela 1, Jaunsilavas, Turku pag., Līvānu novads, LV – 5316.
