Rēzeknes PII "Varavīksne" is hiring a preschool education teacher for a full-time position starting 01.09.2026. Address: Raiņa iela 17, Rēzekne. 38 hours per week. Requirements for candidates: higher pedagogical or higher education with preschool teacher qualification or primary education teacher qualification, or higher education in pedagogy and completion of a professional competence development program in preschool content and didactics; ability to plan, manage, and analyze your own work; sense of responsibility, discipline, ability to justify decisions made; ability to communicate respectfully with children and adults; ability to analyze and resolve conflict situations, maintain confidentiality and tolerance; skill in teamwork; competence in working with information and communication technologies; experience working with preschool-age children. Job Responsibilities: organize the educational process, implementing the preschool education program; plan and conduct play-based activities, provide support to learners according to their abilities and needs; create a development-oriented learning environment and teaching materials; work in the online information system; be responsible for the safety and health of learners, ensuring learner security; collaborate with learners' parents, group and institution staff, and other responsibilities according to the job description.
