PRESCHOOL EDUCATION METHODOLOGIST
Full-time position (40 hours) per week for an indefinite period

MAIN JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Plan and ensure quality educational processes in accordance with regulatory requirements;
Participate in the development of regulatory acts governing the internal procedures of the educational institution, ensure their observance and implementation;
Analyze and evaluate the educational process and its results, set new tasks;
Organize and lead the methodological work of the preschool education institution;
Provide methodological assistance to educators in working with children (regarding organization of pedagogical processes, further education, self-education, communication and other matters);
Improve your professional competencies;
Comply with work procedures and ethical norms.
WORK LOCATION: PII "Ritenītis" Rīgas Street 10, PII "Seventh Kindergarten" Rubeņu Street 2A, Salaspils.
REQUIREMENTS FOR APPLICANTS:
Education in accordance with the requirements set by the Cabinet of Ministers regulations regarding the education and professional qualifications necessary for educators and the procedure for professional development.
Experience in educational management of at least three years in the last five years (educational management work includes work as an educational institution director or deputy director; other work if related to management in the education sector).
Knowledge of the state language at the highest level in accordance with the requirements of the State Language Law.
Proficiency in at least one official language of the European Union to the extent necessary for professional activities.
Strategic vision for preschool education development and understanding of innovations in education, including competence-based approach in educational content.
Knowledge of regulatory acts in the education sector and experience in their preparation.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills, ability to organize and lead team work, motivate employees.
Impeccable reputation, high sense of responsibility, accuracy and ability to solve problem situations.
Very good skills in working with information technology.
Psychological resilience and high standards of communication culture.
