In this role, you will investigate and settle personal injury claims through claims adjustment based on policy terms and damages. You are responsible for your own cases from notification to decision and work in a structured manner with a focus on quality, progress, and good service. You will have daily contact with injured persons, policyholders, representatives, and other parties involved in claims cases, where your ability to communicate clearly and professionally becomes important. Your work tasks include, for example: • Independently investigate and settle accident claims for both adults and children • Work with claims adjustment based on insurance terms and tort law • Assess entitlement to compensation, causality, and medical disability based on medical documentation • Ensure cost-effective claims adjustment and work toward established goals and KPIs • Provide professional service and clear communication via telephone, email, and letter • Manage the entire claims process from notification to decision • Contribute to the team's development and knowledge sharing Personal Profile We are looking for someone who is driven, disciplined, and thrives in a role where you work independently and take responsibility. You like pace, work in a structured manner, and are motivated by achieving results and developing over time. We believe you are early in your career and have a strong service orientation. You have likely worked in a service-oriented role before where you are accustomed to taking responsibility, treating people professionally, and delivering with quality. Furthermore, we would like to see that you have an academic degree from university or college or an IFU qualification, but this is not a requirement.
