ELFA Assistans i Sverige AB provides personal assistance services and works with individuals with disabilities who want to live an active and fulfilling life. All operations are guided by LSS principles regarding an individual's right to participation, self-determination, integrity, and influence. We are now seeking 5–6 personal assistants for a man in his 40s with extensive care needs. At the client's request, we are primarily seeking female assistants. You will work closely with the client and be an important part of his daily life and his ability to live as independently as possible. The client has extensive support needs and requires assistance with all daily activities. The work includes personal care, transfers, feeding via feeding tube, mucus management, tracheostomy care, and hygiene support, as well as continuous supervision. Certain tasks require two assistants and close collaboration with colleagues. Previous experience in personal assistance, healthcare, or care is an advantage. It is particularly advantageous if you have experience with tracheostomy care, feeding tubes, and catheter care. Knowledge of Dari or Persian is also an asset. Great importance will be placed on personal suitability. We are seeking multiple assistants and offer work on day, evening, and night shifts. We therefore welcome flexibility and the ability to work varying hours. Initially, we are seeking temporary workers with the possibility of a fixed position and regular schedule if the collaboration works well.
