JOB RESPONSIBILITIES The work places high demands on the ability to distinguish between personal and professional conduct. Your responsibilities include documentation, providing care, meeting with relatives, and supporting the client in their home life and activities. The work is largely driven by the client and their wishes and condition of the day. QUALIFICATIONS You adapt easily to changing circumstances. You see opportunities in changes and can quickly shift your perspective and approach based on what the situation requires. You have empathetic ability and can put yourself in another person's perspective or situation without taking on their emotions. You are relationship-building and create and maintain connections. Requirements Experience working in care and social services Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing Experience collaborating in a work team Experience documenting according to current guidelines Merits Understand and speak German Education in care and social services Employment type: Permanent employment.
