We are now seeking a personal service technician for an established player in the automotive industry in Lidköping. Here you will have a varied role where you not only work with service and repairs, but also maintain close contact with the customer and are responsible for the entire process surrounding the customer's workshop visit. You will be an important part of the customer's experience and have the opportunity to combine your technical expertise with service and problem-solving. About the Position As a personal service technician, you handle the entire workflow around the customer and vehicle, from the initial customer contact to when the car is ready and the customer leaves the workshop satisfied. You work with, among other things: - Customer contact before and during the workshop visit - Service, repairs, maintenance, and troubleshooting - Diagnostics and problem-solving - Planning and execution of workshop work - Communication regarding the vehicle's status, actions, and any recommendations - Ensuring that work is performed with high quality and according to agreement - Follow-up and contact with the customer before vehicle handover This means you get a broad and varied role where you use both your technical competence and build the relationship with the customer. You follow the vehicle through the entire process and ensure that the customer receives a professional and secure experience from start to finish. You work independently with your own tasks but are also part of a team with experienced colleagues. There are also good opportunities for training and competence development within vehicle technology. We Are Looking for Someone Who - Has several years of experience as a vehicle technician or mechanic - Has good knowledge of service, repair, and vehicle diagnostics - Has vehicle technical training or equivalent experience - Has a genuine interest in vehicles and technology - Enjoys customer contact and taking responsibility for the entire workflow - Speaks and writes Swedish fluently - Has good computer skills - Has a B-class driver's license Meritorious: - Experience from an authorized workshop - Experience working with customer responsibility or as a personal service technician - Experience in diagnostics and troubleshooting - Good English - Desire to develop within new vehicle technology Other Information If you have questions about the position, please contact responsible recruiter Elliot Sahlstrand at [email protected].
