We are currently looking for a personal assistant for an assignment with one of our clients just outside Tomelilla. The position is a permanent employment at approximately 87% and is perfect for you if you want to work daytime hours and have evenings and weekends largely free – ideal if you want more time with family or your own interests. The client is a young man living in the countryside. Therefore, you need to have a driver's license and access to your own car to get to and from work. We are looking for someone who is thoughtful, responsible, and has a genuine interest in working with people. You are creative, solution-focused, and enjoy planning activities together with the client. Since the client can communicate and express his own wishes, it is important that you are attentive and can be good company in everyday life. If you have an interest in video games or other social activities, that's a bonus. The work also involves certain transfers, which means you need to have good physical ability. The Assistant's Role and Experience As a person, you need to be thorough, responsible, attentive, and take initiative and be positive. You need to be flexible regarding working hours since we in the work team manage staffing if someone becomes ill or takes vacation – we support our client and each other. You need to have your own drive and a genuine desire to make every day worthwhile. You are a positive and trustworthy person. We are looking for someone with some experience in care work or educational work, but this is not a requirement. Personal qualities and personal chemistry carry more weight. We especially welcome female applicants at the client's request. Requirements Swedish language very well, spoken. Smoke-free during work shifts. Prior experience working as a personal assistant is preferred. Own a car and have a driver's license. Working Hours/Employment Rate Daytime, approximately 08.00–15.00 according to schedule, mainly off on weekends. Occasional weekend shifts may occur if needed, but are not part of the regular schedule. Start by mutual agreement. The position corresponds to 87% per week (which is 5 shifts per week).
