Personal Assistant for Young Man in Malmö

Örbäck Assistans AB is a small family business that has operated in the industry since 2010, with a total of 30 years of experience in the field. We are now seeking a new personal assistant to strengthen and enrich our fantastic team, for a 17-year-old young man with a disability living in central Malmö. The young man lives alternating weeks with his mother and his father, and the work will initially be based at his mother's home. You should be able to work afternoons/evenings for example 15-20.30 as well as daytime on weekends. The number of hours is somewhat unclear at the moment but most likely there will be some scheduled shifts and then the ability to step in as needed. So a small position that is ideal to combine with studies or other work. The work tasks include feeding him tube feeding, changing diapers and providing other care. It also includes physiotherapy and other training including communication. Beyond that, there is a lot of play, singing and music and stimulating him through play to develop interests and learn new things. We will request a police clearance certificate from the police authority so please order one directly (they take some time to obtain) if you are planning to apply for the position.
