Teenage girl seeking an assistant with reliability and a big heart. Our client has autism and needs help with daily routines and activities. You will support, inspire, respect, and motivate the client. We are looking for someone who is engaged, playful, and can work calmly and professionally. Experience with autism and work as a personal assistant is an advantage, but personality is the highest priority. Good chemistry with both the client and family is essential. The family also includes a sibling with personal assistance and pets, so you cannot have pet allergies. The workplace is located in Glanshammar. Since public transportation is limited, a driver's license and car are required. Current working hours are daytime and evening; there may be opportunities to work certain weekends. Before employment, references must be provided and a criminal record check must be presented.
