About the Position
Our client requires 24-hour personal assistance due to extensive care needs related to a condition that requires continuous monitoring and oversight. Your work will involve constantly monitoring our client's breathing and well-being. It requires full focus, attention to detail, and great responsibility, as it's crucial that you follow routines and care plans without deviation. You need to be attentive, able to act quickly when changes occur, and feel confident making independent decisions when needed.
Beyond monitoring, you'll accompany our client in her daily life—for example, to work or future studies, as well as during leisure activities, social events, trips, and outings. You'll adapt to her wishes and serve as support to enable an active and independent life. The work also includes documentation and close collaboration with her family.
We're now looking for a person willing to work 95% awake night shifts.

You need to be able to read our client's needs and signals and feel confident acting independently when the situation requires it.
You enjoy a social role where you participate in daily life, whether it's spending time with friends, going into town, taking the bus, or participating in various activities.
Experience in personal assistance or other care work is a plus, but personal suitability and the right attitude are what matter most. You also cannot be allergic to pets, as the family has a dog at home.
