Personal Assistant to Southern Visby

We are looking for someone who is responsible and confident in yourself and finds it easy to follow instructions. The assistance assignment involves helping the customer with what they cannot do because of their mobility impairment and will involve working closely with the person in their daily life both in the customer's home and at the customer's workplace or during other activities. Your workplace is where the customer is located, usually based from the customer's home in southern Visby. The customer's home has pets, so it is important that you are not allergic. The work tasks consist of, among other things, physical assistance, help with transfers and assisting with various everyday tasks. We are looking for someone who can be calm and can adapt their work style in different situations. You must be smoke- and vape-free, and speak Swedish fluently. No prior experience in personal assistance is required and no driver's license is required. At Särnmark you will always receive an introduction with the customer, as well as access to Särnmark's internal training on the role of personal assistant. We are looking for a personal assistant who can work on a scheduled basis approximately 1-2 days per week. We also welcome applications from those who want to work as a substitute. Work shifts are 24-hour shifts with on-call time. There is access to a staff room if needed.
