Personal Assistant for 41-Year-Old Man

We are seeking assistants for our client in Borås. He is a 41-year-old man with autism. Therefore, a low-affect approach is required, and experience with this is a merit. The client enjoys being active: exercising, swimming, taking walks with the family dog & being in nature in all weather. He also enjoys fika, driving, playing games, reading books, and much more. You need to have a good sense of humor and be resourceful, and view this as a long-term position. We are seeking both temporary hourly workers available for daytime shifts and also evening and nighttime shifts, on-call sleeping shifts with 7 hours waiting time. It is very important that assistants working with this client can speak and understand Swedish very well since he reads a lot together with his assistants, and you must be able to document continuously. It is also a requirement that you have a driver's license.
