The man is in his 60s, enjoys home-cooked food, animals, and cars. He needs support with personal care and will have personal assistance 24/7. Work hours will be: Weekdays: 07:15-14, 14-20, or 20-08 (with on-call during the night). Weekends: 08-20 or 20-08 (with on-call during the night) You will work mixed shifts—day, evening, and night—plus every other weekend. You should be calm, reliable, and enjoy humor. A requirement is that you speak very good Swedish. The assistance will start in mid-September. Initially, assistants will have hourly contracts, but a fixed schedule will be put in place as soon as possible. Employment levels will range between 50-80%, so you have the opportunity to influence what size position you want.
