About the Position
The man lives in his own house in Bodafors and needs support in his daily life, including personal care, household tasks, cooking, medication management, and activities and day programs. You will be an important part of creating structure, safety, and meaningful days.
Music is a major interest and piano is played every day. Walks, nature experiences, music cafés, and country dancing are regular parts of daily life. Since communication primarily happens through body language, sounds, and gestures, we are looking for someone who is attentive, perceptive, and comfortable interacting with others. Your calmness, patience, and dedication are crucial for success in this role.
Who Are We Looking For?
We are looking for someone who is calm, empathetic, and confident. You are patient, have a good ability to read situations, and can adapt to the individual's needs. The work requires you to both take initiative and collaborate well with others, as two-person assistance occurs. Experience with low-arousal approaches and working with people with autism is a plus, as is previous experience in personal assistance.

About the Position
Part-time positions with varied hours
Working hours include days, evenings, weekends, sleeping on-call (4-hour standby), and sometimes 24-hour shifts.
Start date immediately or by agreement
You will receive introduction training and have the opportunity to shadow an experienced assistant
