We are seeking a personal assistant for a client in Uppsala. The work involves providing individually tailored support in daily life and contributing to security, structure, and continuity.
We are looking for someone who is calm, confident, responsible, and attentive. You need to be able to adapt your approach based on the client's needs and maintain a stable relationship even in situations that may be challenging.
We would appreciate it if you have previous experience with low-arousal approaches and work with children, personal assistance, LSS, care, or similar activities. Experience with autism, visual supports, and epilepsy is a plus.
As a person, you are engaged, patient, and solution-focused. You need to be able to take initiative on your own while following the routines and methods established in the workplace.
You need to communicate well in Swedish both verbally and in writing. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
About the Position
The work is scheduled during daytime, afternoon/evening, weekends, and holidays. You work according to a fixed schedule, and we would appreciate it if you also have the ability to step in for extra shifts when needed and during absences.
You will receive an introduction before working independently and will thereafter work alongside a dedicated team.
A certificate from the criminal records register will be obtained before employment can begin, so it is good if you have a current certificate ready.
