We are seeking a dedicated personal assistant for a young man in Lund. As a personal assistant, you will play an important role in his daily life and help create a safe and positive environment for him. The ideal candidate is attentive, calm, and preferably has experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum. However, it is of utmost importance that you click personally, as a good relationship is key to successful collaboration. The person you will assist has interests in video games, games, comic characters, and film. You will help him with daily tasks and activities. Experience/Qualifications: We prefer that you have previous experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum. It is important that you are an empathetic person who can create a safe and well-functioning environment for the person you assist. Good communication skills and patience are essential qualities. A driver's license is a requirement for the position. We are looking for someone who is attentive, calm, and flexible in your work approach. You should be engaged and have the ability to build a trusting relationship. The position will initially be based on one day per week where you participate in various activities, with a good chance of more hours if desired.
