We are now seeking personal assistants for a client with autism, intellectual disability, and epilepsy. The client prefers female applicants. The work is primarily scheduled during daytime hours. We are looking for someone who is calm, confident, and has great patience. You need to be able to handle situations with a low-affect approach and have the ability to redirect, motivate, and "work around" when the client becomes stuck or displays problematic behavior. It is important that you can create a sense of security and build a good relationship with the client. We would like to see that you: - Are responsible and attentive - Have a calm and stable demeanor - Are flexible and solution-oriented - Have experience with autism or similar work (a plus but not required) Driver's license and access to a car are required! Experience in care and support work is a plus but not required – great weight is placed on personal suitability.
