We are looking for you to work as a personal assistant to a person with ALS in Malmö. Here you will have the chance to work closely with an individual and truly contribute to quality of life, security, and independence in everyday life. About the role As a personal assistant, you will be a key person in daily life – you provide both practical and social support. Your work makes a real difference, every day. Your areas of responsibility: Assist with personal care and hygiene routines. Assist with transfers and accompany on activities and appointments. Support with household tasks and daily routines. Be attentive to wishes and needs, and adapt your support accordingly. Contribute to a positive and respectful relationship with the person receiving assistance and their loved ones. We are looking for someone who: Is responsible, flexible, and works well in collaboration. Has experience working with people with functional variations – this is a merit, but not a requirement. Has experience with lifts and catheters – this is seen as a major advantage. Is a good communicator who listens actively. Holds a class B driver's license – a merit, but not a requirement.
