We are now seeking dedicated personal assistants for a cheerful and social 11-year-old girl in Klippan. She has a congenital disability that requires comprehensive support in her daily life. As a personal assistant, you will become an important part of her everyday routine and contribute to creating security, participation, and quality of life.
The girl needs support in all daily activities and seeks assistants who are present, proactive, and see opportunities to make the days fun, meaningful, and fulfilling. You enjoy coming up with activities and recognize the importance of including her in everyday tasks and experiences based on her abilities.
Job Duties
As a personal assistant, you will, among other things:
Provide support with personal care and hygiene
Assist with meals
Support with mobility and activities
Contribute to communication and social interaction
Create a safe, active, and stimulating everyday life
Participate in activities both at home and outside the home
Work according to routines and individual needs
