Personal Assistant About the Job I am a 30-year-old man who needs a new assistant for my team. I have Joubert syndrome, which means I need help with everything in my daily life. I live in the countryside just outside Vingåker, so a driver's license can be useful if you have one. You who are applying for this job need to be a stress-resilient person who is calm and can handle various situations in a good way. You always prioritize the individual and the assignment first. You should have a pedagogical and motivating approach and the ability to build good relationships. Good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing is required as documentation is a mandatory part of the work. You will help with everything in daily life and be there to facilitate and assist. You will learn routines during onboarding and then be able to work independently.
