About the Position Personal assistance is a support service according to LSS (the Act on Support and Service for Persons with Certain Disabilities). In your role as a personal assistant, you will primarily help the client with everything that arises in daily life and with basic needs. Your work involves respecting the client's self-determination and integrity, and contributes to making everyday life run smoothly. Each personal assistance arrangement is uniquely tailored to the client's life, and therefore work tasks may vary depending on the workplace. The client's individual needs guide the workday, and your tasks may include help with mobility, personal care, exercise and communication, as well as household chores and activities inside and outside the home. Who Are You? The role of personal assistant places high demands on the ability to build good relationships. We are therefore looking for someone who is attentive, engaged, and responsible. It is also important that you can take your own initiative and see what needs to be done. To thrive as a personal assistant, it is important that there is good personal chemistry between you as the assistant and the client. Working Hours, Employment Level, and Salary: The current employment arrangement is "For the duration of the assistance assignment" and the position is approximately 50%. The role involves work during daytime and evening hours from 09:00–21:00, both weekdays and weekends. Fixed hourly wage by agreement and other compensation according to collective agreement.
