Do you want to work as a personal assistant and make a difference in people's lives? Personal assistance is a support service under LSS (Act Concerning Support and Services for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments). As a personal assistant, you provide individualized support and care to individuals who have been granted personal assistance because they need help with one or more basic needs. Each client is unique, and your tasks will vary based on the client's needs. You will respect the client's self-determination and integrity while helping ensure that daily life runs smoothly. About the Role Working as a personal assistant requires a strong ability to build good relationships. We are therefore looking for someone who is attentive, engaged, and responsible. It is also important that you can take initiative and see what needs to be done. As a personal assistant, you will provide support in all aspects of daily life, which means you need to be attentive, patient, and have a calm approach. Our client enjoys doing various activities – from socializing with friends to spending time around town. Time is also regularly spent with both a dog and a horse, which means you cannot be allergic to fur or afraid of animals. We are now looking for someone who meets the following criteria: Wishes to work for a 52-year-old woman living in Angered Has very good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written Is a non-smoker Is comfortable around fur-bearing animals Is comfortable around horses, as you will accompany the client on riding activities It is also a merit if you: Have previous experience in personal assistance or healthcare Have experience with mobility-related functional impairments Share the client's active interests such as swimming, riding, and social activities Great importance will be placed on personal suitability. Work Hours, Employment Level, and Salary: The current employment form is hourly employment, which means work as needed with varying hours during day, evening, and/or night shifts. Fixed hourly wage according to agreement and other compensation in accordance with collective agreement. Start Date: Immediate Working at Humana A prerequisite for starting employment with us at Humana is that you as an applicant can provide a valid ID document and any documents proving your right to work in Sweden.
