About the Position
Are you a confident and engaged person who wants to make a real difference in someone else's daily life? We are now looking for a personal assistant for an active 20-year-old in Norrtälje with a great passion for music, singing, dance, and sports!
Personal assistance is a service under LSS (Law on Support and Services for Persons with Certain Disabilities). In your role as a personal assistant, you will primarily help the client with everything that arises in daily life as well as with basic needs. Your work involves safeguarding the client's self-determination and integrity, and contributes to making everyday life run smoothly. Each assistance is uniquely tailored to the client's life, so work tasks may vary depending on the workplace.
What does the job involve?
As an assistant, you are an important support in daily life. Your assignment involves creating structure, calm, and motivation, as well as accompanying the client on fun leisure activities after school/activities. We are looking for someone who listens to his needs, is flexible, and confident in your interactions.
Requirements for the position:
Documented experience with NPF diagnoses
B driver's license and own car (for smooth transportation)
Good knowledge of Swedish
Tolerant of animals (able to work with pets) and non-smoking during working hours
Merits for the position:
Previous experience working in care/elderly care or as an assistant
Share the client's interests in music, culture, or sports
Working Hours, Employment Level, and Salary
The current employment form is "hourly employment," which means work as needed with varying working hours during day and evening (e.g., shifts between 09:00–13:00 or 14:30–18:30) as well as weekends and holidays.
Salary: Fixed hourly rate by agreement and other compensation according to collective agreement.
Start date: By agreement.
