Your Responsibilities
The workplace is an active assistance position with a male user who plans and organizes his own life and lives an active and meaningful life in the countryside with his family. The work is varied, encompassing both home, work, children, and leisure time. This makes the assignment diverse with the opportunity to try things you may have never experienced before.
The user is a driven entrepreneur and loving father who, despite an accident that resulted in paralysis from the neck down, strives to continue living life to the fullest. He needs your help to continue making that possible, both privately and professionally.
Your responsibilities will include:
Assist with daily routines and personal care.
Help plan and carry out family activities and business matters.
Provide support at home and during various activities.
Enable the user to continue living an active and independent life.
Working hours include daytime, evening, and weekend shifts with on-call rotation.
About You
We are looking for someone who is responsible, reliable, and has a big heart. You need to be able to quickly adapt to the user's needs and wishes, which requires a flexible approach and good prioritization skills. We place great importance on personal suitability.
Requirements
Experience working in care and health services or otherwise having worked closely with people.
B driver's license and access to your own car.
Good Swedish language skills.
Merits
Trained nursing assistant, care assistant, or similar.
Experience working with or near children.
Heavy lifting tasks occur; transfer aids must be used. There is a pet (cat) in the workplace, so you should not have allergies.
