We are now looking for a personal assistant for a 26-year-old man in Trollhättan who uses a wheelchair and needs support and help in his daily life.
Duties
As a personal assistant, you are an important support in daily living. The duties may include:
Personal care
Transfers
Assistance with meals
Support with daily routines
Support with activities
Medication administration
The work is varied and responsible. As a personal assistant, you become an important part of the service user's daily life and contribute to creating security, independence, and quality of life.
It is important that you are flexible, quick-thinking, and responsive to how you can best assist the service user according to their needs. You will sometimes be part of a work team and should therefore also have good teamwork skills.
For this position, you must:
Have experience working as a personal assistant – required
Have a driver's license (Category B) – required
Be attentive, empathetic, and responsible
Have good physical fitness and be able to handle the physical tasks that the work may involve
Speak and write Swedish well
Be confident in your professional role and able to work independently
Working hours: 07:00–15:00 or 15:00–07:00
Salary: The hourly rate is fixed according to agreement. Other compensation is provided according to the collective agreement.
Start date: According to agreement.
