Personal Assistant Needed in Mölnlycke

We are looking for a dedicated and responsible personal assistant for a 35-year-old man who lives in Mölnlycke with his family. The man has a physical disability that results in limited mobility. The work includes support with personal care, training, and participation in various activities and social gatherings. The services are provided in a home environment, at the workplace, and wherever the client may be. The position involves varying work shifts during day and evening hours, seven days a week. Flexibility is an important part of the assignment, as work with short notice may occur due to, for example, illness. We are looking for someone with a stable and professional approach to your work, with the ability to work independently while functioning well in a team. You are attentive, solution-oriented, and adaptable to changing needs and situations. Communication takes place in Swedish, both spoken and written. Experience with personal assistance and documentation is an advantage, but greatest emphasis is placed on personal suitability, maturity, and commitment. A B driver's license is a requirement. To ensure safety in the operations, a background check is conducted before employment, which means that an extract from the criminal record must be provided in case of employment. Selection takes place on an ongoing basis and the position may be filled before the final application deadline.
