Inova assistans provides personal assistance with support from highly skilled staff and a commitment to developing each individual's right to self-determination. Our ambition is to create contexts and activities that promote community participation and increased understanding between people with different life circumstances. Your role is to help a person with disabilities live as normal a life as possible by being the user's extended arm. The work is varied since it is the user's individual needs that determine the tasks. She is a 30-year-old woman. With humor, cheerful and spirited for the most part. Has a ready laugh, enjoys chatting and loves music, tech gadgets, painting, etc. My iPad is a favorite gadget and source of engagement. Favorite color is blue. Likes activity, pace and excitement. But also calm, mindfulness and just chilling sometimes. Values my independent life. I was born with a brain injury (cerebral palsy) And I use a Permobil. I can operate it myself. But I need help and support sometimes, just like in my everyday life. Lives in my own house (which I really like). Has my own car which the assistant drives. House and car are adapted/equipped according to my needs. Also have a summer house. I spend quite a bit of time there during the summer. My days are filled with various things. I work 3 days a week at my job Columbus. Attend school (lärvux) 1 day a week. Have music in studio 1 day a week.
