About the Position The client is a man who suffered a stroke a few years ago. He needs help and support with various tasks such as meal preparation, getting dressed, showering, and assistance with rehabilitation training. He has a strong interest in various activities including taking walks, exercising, playing golf, and traveling. The client also has delegated support for medication management and insulin handling. The Work Leader Assignment in Brief In addition to working as a personal assistant, you will have expanded responsibility as a work leader in the staff group. As a work leader, you will work pedagogically with work methods and communication within the team, as well as with scheduling and staffing. In your work, you are a role model in your approach and inspire colleagues to create and follow good routines. We see that you are a pedagogical and structured person who has the ability to see the bigger picture. Transparency and solution-focused thinking are valuable qualities. Who Are You? The role of personal assistant demands a strong ability to build good relationships. We are therefore looking for someone who is attentive, engaged, and responsible. It is also important that you can take your own initiative and see what needs to be done. To thrive as a personal assistant, it is important that there is good personal chemistry between you as an assistant and the client. We are looking for you who fit the following: Want to work for a 65-year-old man living in Danderyd. Have good knowledge of Swedish Are smoke-free during working hours It is also a merit if you: Have previous experience working as a work leader Have experience with insulin management and blood glucose monitoring Have experience with similar work as a personal assistant Share the client's interests in exercise, golf, and travel. Working hours are scheduled on a rotating 4-week schedule with 24-hour shifts from 08:30 to 08:30 (approximately 1 shift/week): Great weight will be placed on personal suitability. Working Hours and Employment Percentage: The current employment form is "for as long as the assistance assignment lasts" with an employment percentage of approximately 57.5%. Salary Fixed hourly wage by agreement and other compensation in accordance with the collective agreement. Start Date September 1, 2026, or by agreement.
