Please visit www.assistanskompetens.se to read more about us or assistanskoll.se We are now looking for an assistant who can work as a substitute as needed, and there is a possible opportunity to get regular shifts during the vacation period. I am a 30-year-old woman who uses a wheelchair and have a Permobil that I can operate myself. I live alone in a centrally located apartment with good accessibility and assistive equipment. My greatest interest is music and concerts, and I usually travel to camps a few times a year with my assistants. Working here involves 24-hour shifts with sleeping on-call duty. It is a great advantage if you are somewhat resourceful and active but still able to respect that I sometimes want to take it easy and, for example, listen to music or watch a film. I prefer female applicants as the position includes intimate personal care. The position requires a flexible working style and that you are comfortable working independently but also able to function well in a group. The right personality is more important than having experience or being healthcare trained. The most important thing is that we get along well. However, it is a merit if you have experience in assistance or care work. Working hours vary throughout the day and night. Welcome to apply
