We have open positions for full-time, part-time, and hourly employment.
About the Job
As a personal assistant, you work closely with a person with a disability and provide the support needed for the client to live an independent life on their own terms.
The work is always based on the client's individual needs and wishes.
Job duties may include:
Personal care and hygiene
Mobility assistance
Meal preparation and household tasks
Training and activities
Social support
All our clients are unique, so no two workplaces are alike, which makes the work both varied and rewarding.
About You
You are responsible, attentive, and have a genuine interest in people. You collaborate easily, feel confident in yourself, and can adapt to different situations. Experience in personal assistance is a merit, but we place great importance on your personal suitability.
You have a driver's license and access to a car.
About the Position
With us, you'll receive thorough orientation with the client and training in your role as a personal assistant.
We offer full-time, part-time, and hourly positions. Working hours vary depending on which client you work with and may be scheduled for day, evening, night, and weekend shifts. Salary and other employment terms follow the collective agreement for Personal Assistance Almega branch G.
