Omtanken Assistans provides personal assistance to people with disabilities who have been approved for assistance under LSS or SFB. We're looking for a confident, playful, and committed personal assistant for a wonderful girl who will soon turn 8 and lives in Leksand. As a personal assistant, you will support her both during school and in her leisure time. You will be an important support in her daily life, helping her develop, feel secure, and become as independent as possible. Key Responsibilities Provide support during the school day as needed. Participate in play, games, and fun activities. Encourage and motivate independence in daily life. Join her on outings and leisure activities. Collaborate with her family, school, and others in her life. Work Schedule Day/evening shifts plus every third weekend on schedule. 6:30-15:00, 15:00-21:30, or 6:30-21:30 What We're Looking For You are confident, positive, and responsible. You enjoy playing, being active, and coming up with fun ideas. You have patience and genuine commitment to working with children. You can create a safe and joyful daily environment. Experience as a personal assistant or working with children is a plus, but personal suitability is what matters most.
