We are looking for a personal assistant for a young man with a big heart and unique needs Do you want to make a difference in someone's life every day? We are now seeking a dedicated and reliable personal assistant for a wonderful young man with disabilities. About the position: This young man is in his late teens and has significant support needs in his daily life. He has a feeding tube for nutrition and communicates using body language, sounds, and assistive devices. It is essential that you are attentive, patient, and detail-oriented to interpret his signals and needs. The work includes: Personal care Tube feeding (training provided if needed) Meal preparation Assistance with communication Leisure activities and daily routines Being a calm and reassuring support in his life We are looking for someone who: Is responsible, stable, and has plenty of patience Has experience with or interest in working with people with disabilities Is not afraid to take responsibility in different situations Has good understanding of alternative communication It is advantageous if you have previous experience with tube feeding or similar care work Practical information: Working hours: Varying day, evening, and every other weekend Location: Norrköping Start date: By agreement Employment type: Hourly position You will receive support and introduction to the role.
