Azalea Care is now seeking a dedicated and attentive personal assistant for a customer in central Karlstad. The position is as-needed substitute work, with the possibility of a regular scheduled position over time. About the position As a personal assistant, you work in the customer's home and provide support in daily life. The work includes, among other things: Personal care Household tasks Support with activities in and outside the home Care of the customer's cat You will become part of a pleasant and safe work team and receive a thorough introduction to the assignment. We are looking for someone who is: Calm, confident, and attentive Flexible and responsible Able to learn and understand routines in the customer's home Have respectful interactions with both customers and colleagues Have good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in Swedish It is a merit if you have experience in care and healthcare, particularly dementia care, but it is not a requirement.
