Do you want to be part of our journey? 1 position(s). JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Personal assistance, Functional Support is now seeking a personal assistant. Working as a personal assistant means supporting a person in their daily life. The support measures should be based on the user's individual needs and should promote independence and participation. The support measures should be carried out with respect for the user's integrity and self-determination. The work tasks include support and services including household chores. To a very large extent, being a personal assistant is solo work, so it is important that you can take your own initiative and focus on opportunities and solutions. The workplace is in the user's home or wherever they are located. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for a person with a calm approach and a positive attitude. You are responsive to other people's needs, are proactive and flexible, and enjoy working independently. You are stress-resilient and have a pleasant manner with your fellow people. Meritorious education/experience: • Treatment pedagogue • Care program • Caregiver training • Pedagogical education • Personal assistant training Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability. A criminal records check will be required if you become a candidate for the position. Interviews are held on an ongoing basis. Employment form: Permanent employment with a 6-month probationary period. A B driver's license is required and you must have access to your own vehicle to be able to get to the workplace.
