We are now seeking engaged and reliable temporary workers for a rewarding assignment with a young child who needs supervision and support during the night. As a personal assistant, you will become an important part of the child's daily life and provide security for the entire family. About the Position In this role, you are responsible for the child's care and supervision during the night. The work involves being available, monitoring the child's well-being, and managing the routines and needs that arise during the night shift. Who Are We Looking For? We are looking for someone who is calm, responsible, and has a natural ability to work with children. Great emphasis will be placed on your personal suitability. Education/Experience You are trained as a nursing assistant or have other education/experience that the employer deems equivalent. Meritorious It is meritorious if you have knowledge of or experience in emergency care and/or previous work with children. Language Skills You have very good knowledge of the Swedish language in both speech and writing, as the work requires clear communication and documentation. Qualities You are attentive, confident, and experienced in taking independent responsibility during night work.
