Your Assignment
We are now looking for a confident, engaged and responsive personal assistant for a man who lives in his own home. He has a great interest in rock music, the archipelago and fast boats. As a personal assistant, you will be an important part of his daily life and help him live as independently and meaningfully as possible.
About the Position
The work involves providing support and care in daily life based on the user's individual needs. You help with personal care, transfers, activities and social interaction both at home and out on various activities. The user has extensive care needs and it is important that you work calmly, safely and with great respect for his integrity and self-determination. We are looking for you who
Have experience with personal assistance, care or healthcare work
Have good experience with transfers and work with lifting aids
Have knowledge of tracheostomy and mucus management
Have experience working with people who have sleep problems or sleep monitoring
Are patient, confident and responsible
Are good at reading subtle signals and understanding needs that are not always expressed verbally
Are responsive and have the ability to adapt your support based on the situation
Speak and write good Swedish, as communication and documentation are an important part of the work

Work Hours
The position involves work according to schedule and includes:
