Personal Assistant for 30-Year-Old Man in Olofström

We are looking for someone interested in working as a personal assistant for an energetic 30-year-old man who needs to be physically active. The client enjoys long walks and various leisure activities. Since the client has a strong interest in sports, music, and concerts, it is an asset if you share these interests. To fit this role, we are looking for someone with good health, flexibility, and a solution-oriented approach. You should be a good team player and be able to follow established routines and action plans. Knowledge and understanding of documentation and its importance is required. The work takes place in the home, so it is especially important that you can collaborate calmly and professionally with both family members and other assistants. You should be calm and creative, with the ability to read the client's changing moods. You should have great patience, be attentive, flexible, and have the ability to motivate the client. Knowledge of low-affective interaction is an asset. The position is scheduled for day, evening, and weekend shifts at 80%, but there is also a great need for substitute afternoon/evening/weekend coverage.
