Support for internal employees and management of their agenda throughout the entire employment cycle, participation in recruitment and selection of new employees, communication with suppliers and external institutions, organization and documentation of occupational health examinations, preparation and evaluation of HR reports and summaries, participation in preparation of payroll agenda documentation, support for other departments in HR matters, knowledge of labor law administration, previous experience in a similar position in a manufacturing company, interest in technology and digitalization, English at communicative level is an advantage, 5 weeks of vacation, subsidized meals, pension supplementary insurance, benefits focused on health and education, great work team
