HR Specialist / Payroll Accountant

We are looking for a careful and independent colleague for the position of Payroll Accountant, who will be responsible for comprehensive management of selected areas of financial accounting. Job Responsibilities: o Processing employee time and personal data in payroll systems. o Maintaining payroll records and reporting. o Control activities according to guidelines and established procedures. o Calculating employee salaries and individual salary components, allowances, etc. o Statistical and analytical activities in the area of salary planning and utilization. o Ensuring compensation for various employee groups according to established guidelines and procedures. o Preparation and implementation of annual closing. o Receipt, processing and settlement of payroll claims. o Processing and management of garnishments. o Calculation of deductions and contributions. o Ensuring communication with authorized institutions. o Coverage in HR administration. o Advantageous: experience with employment law matters. Requirements: o Secondary or tertiary education in economics. o Experience in payroll accounting. o Knowledge of employment and payroll legislation. o Independence, care, and responsible approach. o Good knowledge of PC work (MS Office, especially Excel). o Advantageous: experience with accounting systems.
