KITCHEN ASSISTANT WANTED FOR MALAKEH RESTAURANT Malakeh Restaurang is a family-owned Persian restaurant in central Stockholm. We are now looking for a dedicated and responsible kitchen assistant who wants to be part of our team. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is thorough, and enjoys working together with others. Previous experience from restaurant kitchens is valued and sought after, and if you have experience with Persian cooking or Persian cuisine, that's a great plus. Responsibilities Prepare raw materials and ingredients for service Assist with basic cooking and food preparation Prepare salads, side dishes, and other components Dishwashing and cleaning of kitchen and kitchen equipment Maintain order and hygiene in the kitchen Receive and unpack deliveries Assist the cooks during service Ensure the kitchen is well-organized and prepared for the next service We are looking for someone who Has previous experience working in restaurant kitchens or similar Is stress-resistant and can work efficiently when the pace is high Is thorough and hygiene-conscious Is flexible and can help where needed Can collaborate well with both kitchen and front-of-house staff Is responsible and arrives on time Has a genuine interest in food and restaurants Experience with Persian cooking is a plus It is important to us that you are someone who wants to learn and develop together with our team.
