Ref: 20262131 Job Responsibilities We are now seeking a pedagogue to strengthen our staffing at Linnéskolan's middle school and after-school program. Your role will be to plan and implement activities at the after-school program and to collaborate during the school day in grade 6 supporting students in need of assistance. Support is provided in classrooms, small group settings, and one-on-one. You will co-plan with the after-school program team and with grade 6 teachers as well as within the flexible special support organization. Together you will create the best conditions for learning in a safe and trusting environment. Learning is characterized by variety, flexibility, and engaging activities. You will actively work to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues at the workplace. Qualifications We seek someone with at least 120 credits in pedagogy. Previous experience working in after-school programs and with NPF (special support programs) and adapted primary school is a merit. To deliver in your role, you must have good knowledge of school regulations and documents as well as knowledge of digital tools. As a person, you are highly relationship-oriented and flexible. You can see solutions and are willing to think creatively to create the best school day for students. You have good knowledge of school and after-school program regulations and can use them effectively and flexibly in your daily work. Furthermore, you have good didactic abilities and can lead and organize your work to create a supportive and accessible learning environment both during school hours and in the after-school program.
