We are looking for an experienced caregiver/nanny/teacher for a small child group for children aged 1 to 4 years.
The ideal candidate has experience with small children, manages sensitive transitions and daily care (including diaper changes, putting children to sleep) and can prepare age-appropriate activities in a calm, family-like environment.
- Daily care of children aged 1-3 years in a small group.
- Leading games, creative activities, developing fine and gross motor skills, language development.
- Supporting children's independence (dressing, eating, hygiene) with a respectful approach.
- Sensitive communication with parents, sharing information about the day's activities.
- Collaboration with the team on creating programs and an environment where children feel safe.
What we cannot do without
- Enthusiasm for working with children and ideally experience with children under 3 years old.
- Appropriate education: pedagogy, healthcare, social work, or a retraining course for childcare group staff.
- Respectful, calm, and kind communication with children and parents.
- Responsibility, patience, care, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Interest in further professional development (education, courses) with our support.
- Excellent knowledge of Czech
- We prefer candidates with communicative English language skills.
