For our child care groups in Pardubice (capacity of 12 children per group), we are currently looking for two new colleagues as of June 1, 2026: Positions to fill: 1. Childcare Worker on FULL-TIME (HPP) - Jana Palacha Branch Work location: Jana Palacha 1317, Pardubice Start date: June 1, 2026 Compensation: 26,000 Kč gross/month 2. Crisis Childcare Worker on PART-TIME (0.5) - For both branches Work location: Jana Palacha 1317 and Jana Zajice 714 (Studánka) What will your role be? You will be our key support during times when we need to cover for colleagues (illness, doctor's appointments, vacation). In regular operation, you will support safe outings in the mornings with three caregivers and help us maintain high quality activities for the youngest children. Start date: June 1, 2026 Compensation: 12,000 Kč gross/month Operating hours and schedule Facility operations: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM Operation: year-round (except state holidays and planned operational closures, such as company vacation or director's day off). Benefits included with salary: Meal voucher allowance of 139.50 Kč/day Home office allowance of 37.60 Kč/day MultiSport card for your health and relaxation Work in a respectful and stimulating environment where your work has real meaning.
