Kuldīgas novada pašvaldība, reg. no. 90000035590, announces a reopened competition for a vacant Chef position at Viduskurzemes pamatskolas-attīstības centra, for a fixed-term period. Main job duties: Prepare meals for students and employees in accordance with the approved menu and technological recipes; Ensure high-quality food preparation and portion assembly; Comply with food circulation, hygiene, sanitary, and occupational safety requirements; Observe product storage conditions and expiration dates; Maintain cleanliness and order in the workplace, kitchen facilities, and used equipment; Cooperate with kitchen and other institution staff; Requirements for candidates: Professional chef qualification; Knowledge of food hygiene and safety requirements; Ability to independently and responsibly organize your work; Precision, integrity, and high sense of responsibility; Ability to work in a team; Desired previous work experience as a chef. Work experience in an educational institution will be considered an advantage but is not a mandatory requirement. State language proficiency at the level specified in regulatory acts.
